The article makes an analysis of the behavior of the press in Mexico City, subsidized by the Constitutionalist Army Superior Officer in charge of the Executive, on his relation with the 1914 Aguascalientes Revolutionary Supreme Convention, in a period of an intense crisis and political indefinition for our country. It emphasizes the political propaganda means that the Carrancism had within its reach through the role of reporters and special correspondents, who had as excuse, some incidents occurred during the stay of the people that attended the Convention in the city.El artículo hace un análisis del comportamiento de la prensa capitalina subsidiada por el Primer Jefe del Ejército Constitucionalista y Encargado del Poder Ejecutivo en su relación con la Soberana Convención Revolucionaria de Aguascalientes de 1914, en un periodo de profunda crisis e indefinición política para nuestro país, Se pone énfasis en los medios de propaganda política que el carrancismo tuvo a su alcance a través del papel de los fotorreporteros y enviados especiales, tomando como pretexto algunos incidentes acaecidos durante la estadía de los convencionalistas en esta ciudad. Se subraya la manipulación que la prensa metropolitana, asesorada por los intelectuales adictos a Venustiano Carranza, dio a las imágenes e información publicada.
